School-Age Program

Ages: Ages: Kindergarten (age 5) - 5th grade.

The School-Age program is committed to providing care to children that continues to be developmentally appropriate.

Children are given opportunities to take responsibility for planning activities, snack menus and field trips. Active play, crafts and quiet time for homework or resting are available during the day. The room is full of science and literacy materials, as well as having available options for woodworking and community service. Choice is built into each day to capitalize on school-aged children's decision-making capabilities.
